Capturing Radiance: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Foothills Integrated Health & Aesthetics Denver Brand Photoshoot

A brand photoshoot is about much more than just taking pictures; itโ€™s about capturing who you are and the essence of your business. Recently, I had the joy of working with Foothills Integrated Health & Aesthetics, owned Heather and Rachel. Together, they offer a holistic approach to wellness and aesthetics, helping individuals feel like the healthiest and most radiant version of themselves. This photoshoot is the first of three planned sessions designed to showcase their practice inside and out.

I was thrilled when Heather reached out to me to have their brand photographed. Our goal was to create striking visuals that not only align with their brand's mission but also stand out in the increasingly crowded wellness market. Here are some of the highlights from this shoot at Realm Denver.

The Vision Behind the Shoot

It was clear, when Heather inquired with me, that both she and Rachel want to empower their client while addressing the root cause. They imagine a welcoming space where clients can improve their appearance while enhancing their well-being. They care for their clients, but they are big on those they employ as well. This vision is powerful and deserving of genuine expression. They want to show that appearance and health can be treated naturally.

To bring this unique Denver brand photoshoot to life, Heather and I had several phone calls. We discussed everything from ideal settings to the emotions they wanted the photos to evoke. This collaborative process ensured that every detail

matched Heather and Rachel's goals for their brand! The last thing I want is to be on a different page than my client, so they planning process is really important to me.

Setting the Scene of this Denver Brand Photoshoot

With any client, the location is SO important. I looked at several studios in the Denver area to see which would fit their aesthetic best. This first session was only Heather and Rachel. Later on, we will be photographing their team and their place of practice in their new office coming to Littleton.

I wanted a natural light space, enhancing the calming atmosphere that Heather and Rachel cultivate in their practice, and a studio with props that would match their brand. I also chose to edit their photos with a warmer feel. I made sure to get vibrant smiles and welcoming shots of these ladies to show their ideal client that the door is wide open- that they would love to have them!

The Power of Styling

Styling played an essential role in the shoot. I have some clients who will hire a stylist, some who ask for my opinion, and some who just already know what they want! We wanted to stay on brand (blacks, light wood, gold, white). They did a business like outfit- something they would wear to a networking event, conference, or public outing. Their second outfit was in their scrubs. I wanted them in their element!

Capturing Authenticity

When it came time to shoot, our focus shifted to capturing genuine interactions rather than stiff poses. I encouraged Heather and Rachel to engage naturally with each other, they chatted about upcoming work schedules for their staff and things happening in their office. This allowed me to candidly capture them in a real state!

I try my hardest to get a variety of shots: headshots, wide angles, close ups, candids, stock like images, horizontal, vertical, etc. One moment captured a joyful exchange between them, which exuded the friendly atmosphere clients can expect when they visit their practice and another moment of them seriously chatting to show how serious they are about their client's health.

Looking Ahead

This is just the first of three sessions exploring Heather and Rachel's brand. Upcoming shoots will focus on their upcoming office launch, their team, and the entire Foothills Integrated Heath & Aesthetics staff in their element.

The experience of creating a brand session is rewarding not only for my clients but also for me. I feel grateful to be trusted with such a big ask. I want your images to feel exactly like you and your brand.

In a digital world, unique imagery is a must for your brand to stand out!
