Well, this has been (mostly) fun way to start the year! 🎉@caden.aragon decided to post for 90 days and inspired me to as well. We didn't end up famous, but we did get a taste of what it's like to be a content creator and we did document so many fun parts of our life. Will I be continuing to post every day? Headed to Big Sur?? Here's three of my top tips:

1. Leave early! Beat the crowds your experience will be much more enjoyable and you'll practically have the place all to your self. A second of the Highway 1 is closed, so no one is coming from the other direction which is kind of nice!

2. Pack a lunch and sit at your favorite lookout point and admire the beauty! There are a few spots you can stop to each as well, but I love getting time to sit and look around.

3. Give yourself timeee! There is so much to see and you do not want to be rushed. Hike or don't hike! Plan or don't plan! Pay for the parks or don't. Whatever you want it will be magical.

Attending a mission trip in Haiti in 2017 was the best experience for my 15 year old self.

Being 6 hours deep on an unpaved road in the middle of nowhere where taught me so many things. It taught me that actions are so loud and language barriers can't stop you from loving someone. It taught me how to work hard. How to appreciate more of the little things I take for granted. I was so touched by the kids in this community and blown away by their kindness, how fulfilled, beautiful, and joy filled they were. Their way of life was so eye opening and sparked my passion for documentary travel photography, but gave me lessons to apply for the rest of my life.

Everyone under 18, I believe, should go on a missions trip. It will probably impact your life more than you could imagine. ❤️

Coffee & a club! You can pay to be apart of the the club, but you can also just grab a coffee and sit in their cool space. Admire third Bronco or sit in the bed of a truck. A super cool spot and their bright green La Marzocco is sweeeet! @motoringcoffee

📍Sacoma's
They say it's the best Calm Chowder in town. It was real good!! Staff was awesome too.

📍Cow Hill
This neighborhood is super cute! I stumbled across as 32.6 million dollar home up on the hill 😳 I loved walking through here and there were pretty views overlooking the sea!

📍Lovers Lane
Good ole Presidio! I walked down Lover's Lane and around the area. Every time I'm in California I'm blownnnn away by the trees, the nature here brings me so much joy!

📍The Battery & Baker's Beach
You get to see the bridge & you get to see the coast. The views here are incredible! Stay awhile- sit and admire alllll the beauty.

San Francisco is such a cool city in my eyes. I LOVE how the city meets the sea, all of its different parks, and how unique the architecture is. I think it feels a little European?? ☘️✨Here is how I spent the most of my afternoon here:

📍 Biking through Golden Gate Park

📍Queen Wilhelmina Garden
The tulips are in blooooom here 🌷 There can be a good amount of people but it was so beautiful and I loved the journey getting there.

📍Flywheel Coffee Roasters
Boarding the edge of Golden Gate Park is this coffee roaster. I got a half calf 6oz. cap and it was sooo tasty and the perfect pick me up. I sat in the shop then walked to the next bus stop through the Panhandle!

📍Alamo Square
Yeah, it's cool to see the Painted Ladies, but my favorite park is the view of the city. I also just love to see everyone living life: playing with their dog, on a picnic with their love, tennis with a friend, etc.

📍Domo
TikTok raved about this spot and so I went! The staff was incredibly kind and gifted me with some nigiri. This spot is super small which makes it feel homey. I got the Toto (fatty tuna) and sunkis. Toro js like butter but in fish form, SO good. The sunkis was also amazing.

📍Salt & Straw
I could smell their waffle cone from two blocks away, so I had to get their waffle cone, and I got the honey and lavender ice cream. It was so good, but the waffle cone was definitely my favorite part!

I loved everything about this afternoon and getting to see another part of San Francisco was so much fun. Hopefully you can use one of these spots the next time you are there!

How it sounds to drive a 1968 Bronco on a sunny day 🌞 My dad and brother started building this beauty in 2022 after finding an old rusted frame in a junk yard in 2021. As of a few weeks ago, my dad got the power shifting working and now it's a lot easier to drive. Jeremy and I took it out for a spin yesterday and it felt a little bit like heaven! When you check the winter forecast maybe believe what it says it's going to do and don't continue on 💁🏻‍♀️ @rebekahstamoss and I attempted to get to Sky Pond a few winters ago. We came prepared with snow shoes, spikes, all the water, and food, but we were not prepared for there to be several more feet of snow than All Trails said AND in sane winds. To make it worse Bek had come from Florida two days earlier and was not fully acclimated. ❄️❤️ We did not make it to Sky Pond, but I will remember this adventure forever!! Grateful for a friend like @rebekahstamoss 🥹

Day of pretty normal eating for me!! When I first tried to hit a protein goal of 100g I was BLOWN away by how much I was under eating. I was MAYBE eating 1300 calories a day and I probably only got 40-50g of protein. I convinced myself I was eating so much food. I gradually had to increase my food intake to get to my protein goal but I stared to see so many changes in my metabolism, gym progress, and overall health. I know some people hate tracking. I don't love it either and I don't want to see food as numbers. Looking at it from a macro perspective was super helpful and I only tracked at the beginning to see what portion sizes should be. Every so often (like today) I will track to make sure I'm eating enough!

As women we can be nervous to eat more food, but I promise you eating enough food will do you wonders!! Stop starving yourself!!

1 1/2 cup einkorn flour ( I have been using Jovial)
1 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter (melted or softened)
1 tsp vanilla
As much cinnamon as you'd like! 😍

I'm sure you could make these waffles, maybe add some more flour! :) Makes about 12 pancakes. Macros for two pancakes is 6P 8F 20C !!

Use whatever toppings or add ins you'd like!! Tag me if you try, I hope you love them! 😄

Found this recipe from @glowingwithgracee and it is to die for!!!

Recipe:
-1 cup mashed sweet potato (about 1 large potato or 2 medium potatoes)
-1 cup nut butter, I used almond butter
-2 eggs
-1 tosp coconut oil (or avocado/olive oil)
-2 tosp maple syrup
